Praises from puppy “parents”

Marcia (Occidental, CA) owner of BD, a black male pup

“BD was a hit at the Von Supermarket. We were asked if they could use BD as a greeter to raise money for feeding children and we said “sure“. When he came out, we got a glowing report card that he really helped and they want him back Tuesday when I’m shopping! He’s renamed BD Big Donation.. many fell in love w/ him. ...I would get another puppy from Yvonne in a flash. She does this out of love for the breed and when those puppies are born, she is there to make sure they are groomed, socialized and cared for in every way. She even starts training them. Our little ( now 60 lbs) pup is the sweetest, happiest dog I’ve ever had, playful, smart as a whip and really wants to please.” You may contact me at marciapkay@yahoo.com

Janie (Nevada City, CA) owner of Phoebe, a white female pup.

"you know she is pure joy for all eight(everyone home from college &...) of us and when it is just the two of us. phoebe is at home in in the woods backpacking, hiking in the desert or at a five star hotel. truly she loved by all eight of us, brilliant and a delight visiting nursing homes, children centers and just playing catch at home. thank you for loving her folks, she is the sweetest, brilliant and best pet we have ever experienced and we are embracing every moment with her by our sides...!!" feel free to use photos and give our email address to interested caretakers... janielynnheinrich@gmail.com

Brenda (Truckee, CA. owner of Arwen, a white female pup)

"Arwen is the most amazing, loving and intelligent dog! You can tell her to do something and she understands completely. She actually communicates with her voice and strong eye contact. Arwen was named after the elven princess in the movie "Lord of the Rings" and she definitely fits that title. She is very graceful and loves people and other dogs.  She is always right next to one of us and has made an exceptional companion for our daughter, Sierra, who has
many special physical challenges.  Our ongoing plan is for Arwen to be a Companion Dog for Sierra and be fully trained in the next year or two. Kit and Mocha have produced wonderful pups with early training from Yvonne and Lincoln. Anyone deciding to choose one of their pups will be unbelievably happy." Brenda Sanwick at

Gloria (Reno, NV) owner of Kona, a white female pup.

“We are so in love with Kona. Kona is without a doubt the most loving and amazing dog on this planet…..Kona is hilarious, fun, funny, outgoing, a care-giver and a lover. ……Kona keep us laughing all the time.”

Jill (Folsom, CA) owner of Lydia, a chocolate female pup.

Lydia is my side kick (rarely without me) and best friend to all. It is her job (self appointed) to help drive the kids to school in the morning. She sits up front and waits patiently for me while I bring the kids into the school, greeting the people that pass by. We then go to the dog park where she plays with her regular buddies. Her favorites playmates are poodles and boxers, but she will play chase with anyone that is willing! “…“Lydie is such a beautiful dog. Like her siblings, I'm sure, she prances about when she is excited-too cute. Her fetch game came almost natural to her. Lydia will start agility training in April, just for fun though. I think she would really enjoy it, and of course, so would I!”
